Return and Refund policy
In the return policy seller offers you replacement or alternative products. All listed products under particular category may not have the same return policy. For all products, the return policy on the page will fall into general return policy.
The return policy applicable for various products is mentioned below:
(Special note: for any kind of damage issue, customers can complain. If customers complain in front of the delivery man or courier office staff it will be granted)
1. Check your ordered products in presence of delivery man.If you don't like our product, you can easily return it to the delivery man. It’s our main return policy
2. Customers are required to send the video or clear images recorded at the time of unboxing the parcel as evidence to our mail (support@ullasshop.com) and inform our customer service 09613000345.
3. For any kind of damage issue, customers have to complain in presence of delivery man or courier office staff. Otherwise it will not be granted.
4. If the customers failed to inform within 72 hours of the delivery time, no complain will be granted.
5. Some products complain will be granted even after usage. That maybe quality issue (watch, winter wear, t-shirt, polo shirt, jacket, joggers).
6. And if any return is acceptable, then we will refund your money to your account within 7(Seven) days after receiving the return parcel. Thank You.
